Gateshead Crossroads can help support carers through their Mental Health Involvement Service, Care Service and new Mental Health Carer Support Service. Support is available on an individual and group basis, offering support and assistance to enable carers to manage their caring role, balance their own role with family, personal circumstances and life opportunities.
