Service description:The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) provides independent, confidential advice and support to patients, relatives or carers about any aspect of their loved one’s care.
The service aims to:
• Advise and support patients, their families, carers and staff;
• Provide information on mental health and learning disability services;
• Signpost to appropriate agencies/organisations;
• Listen to concerns, suggestions or queries
• Help sort our problems quickly on your behalf
The service is available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
