Service description:
Family Lives is a national family support charity providing help and support in all aspects of family life. They can provide advice and support across a wide range of topics including sleep, behaviour, education, bullying, teenagers, relationships, divorce and separation.

A confidential helpline service is FREE from landlines and most mobiles (previously known as Parentline) and is available (0808 800 2222) for advice, guidance and support on any aspect of parenting and family life.

Advice can also be sought via email and there is an online chat service which allows parents to talk to trained staff about any family issue (see the website for more information).
