Service description:The National Careers Service provides information, advice and guidance to help you make decisions on learning, training and work opportunities. National Careers Service Advisers are available to give you the advice you need in the method you prefer. You can contact them by Freephone 0800 100 900 (mobile callers will be called back for free), by email using the online web form, forums, chat rooms and web chat. Face to face appointments in your area can also be made if you are aged 19 or over (18 or over if you are a Jobcentre Plus customer) by calling 0800 100 900. Typetalk and minicom are available if you have a hearing impairment and advice in other languages is also available. Advisers are available 8am-10pm 7 days a week.
