Anyone can contact Samaritans. We offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way, no matter how old you are. You can talk to Samaritans for as long as you need to, and you don’t have to tell us your name or personal details, if you don’t want to. When you phone, we can’t see your telephone number and when you email, your email address is removed before it reaches a volunteer.
