Service description:The Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) provides independent, confidential advice and support to patients, relatives or carers about any aspect of their loved one's care in an NHS establishment.
The service aims to :
• Advise and support patients, their families, carers and staff
• Provide information on mental health and learning disability services
• Signpost to appropriate agencies/organisations
• Listen to concerns, suggestions or queries
• Help sort out problems quicky on you behalf
The service is available Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
