| Service description: | Creative Support is a not for profit organisation providing person-centred social care services across the North East for people aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, mental health and other needs. The services available in Gateshead include supported living and care in the home.
They work with people with a wide spectrum of needs, ranging from those who require short term support to regain their independence to people with complex needs who require intensive support to live a good quality of life. This includes those with a learning disability, mental health needs, those on the autistic spectrum, those with acquired brain injuries, with sensory impairments, physical disabilities and those with complex needs including behaviour issues.
