| Service description: | Neuro Partners work in partnership with employers, Access to Work and individuals with the aim of sustainability/enablement within employment. Access to Work services commence with a detailed assessment of the individual's needs. A comprehensive support plan is then collated, and a support worker/small dedicated team will be appointed to encourage progression and work towards required outcomes. Neuro Partners can carry out the initial assessment if required, or clients can approach them once the support plan is approved.
