| Service description: | The YoungMinds Parents’ Helpline (0808 802 5544) offers FREE confidential telephone support, including information and advice, to any worried adult about the emotional problems, behaviour or mental health of a child or young person up to the age of 25. The concerns about a young person could include anxiety, autism, bereavement, eating problems, family relationships, school problems and self-harm. Trained helpline advisers can explore concerns, advise on practical steps and take you to get help from relevant local or national services.
