| Eligibility / referral criteria: | Eligibility criteria and referral processes: Aged 4-19 years, Mild to moderate behavioural and mental health issues, recent changes in a young person that hasd affected their ability to function as adequately as previously. Registered with a Gateshead GP. Primary intervention has not been effective. Parent/carer consent where relevant. Service not provided if another agency is providing intervention or there is a diagnosis such as ADHD or autism. The Team can be contacted by telephone 9.00-5.00pm and accept self referral, parental referral, schools and other professionals.
